Stuffed Peppers in an Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for the stuffed peppers in an air fryer and lay them out on the work surface.

  2. Rinse the rice (82 g), cover it with water (1.3–1.4 L) and cook over low heat until done.

  3. In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat (302 g), salt (6 g) and khmeli-suneli seasoning (6 g). Add the onion (72 g) grated on a fine grater and press in the garlic (2 cloves) through a garlic press.

  4. Add the boiled and slightly cooled rice to the meat mixture.

  5. Mix the filling thoroughly until it reaches a uniform consistency.

  6. Wash the bell peppers (3 pcs). Cut each pepper in half and carefully remove the seeds.

  7. Fill each pepper half with the prepared filling.

  8. Arrange the stuffed peppers on the lower rack of the air fryer. Place a little sour cream on top of each half. Cook the stuffed peppers in the air fryer for 27 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
