Layered Salad with Sausage and Potatoes
Instructions
For this salad, you will need culinary moulds (a ring and a square). Place the moulds on a large plate. The square should be inside the ring.
Lay the first layer in the ring from boiled and grated potato. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with mayonnaise. Do not fill the square mould yet. Leave it for a couple of minutes so the mayonnaise soaks into the potato shavings.
Grate the raw carrot together with the garlic and mix thoroughly.
Lay the first layer of carrot shavings into the square mould.
Cut the processed cheese into thick strips and place it in the square mould on top of the carrot. Drizzle with a little mayonnaise.
Cut the sausage into cubes and chop the parsley. Lay the sausage layer around the ring, and fill the central mould with parsley.
On top of the sausage layer, lay the pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Generously drizzle both moulds with the mayonnaise.
Take the boiled and peeled eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Grate them.
Lay a layer of grated yolk around the ring, and fill the central mould to the top with grated egg white, lightly pressing it down.
Carefully and without rushing, remove the square and lift off the ring. The salad is ready. Now we will decorate it.
Now it's time to bring your imagination into the process. Decorate the simple and delicious layered salad to your taste. For example, make a spider or a scarab out of olives, or create an interesting pattern from vegetables and berries. The dish is ready, but before serving, put it in the refrigerator.
