The brands "Petelinka", "Miratorg" and "Kurinoye Tsarstvo" are reliable. Fresh chilled meat from the "eco segment" is the "premium" option. Do not use: chicken legs on the bone with skin (a different cooking time) or frozen meat without thawing. For the "classic" version you must use boneless thigh fillet.
