Quick Chocolate Muffins in 30 Minutes
Instructions
Tip the flour and the sweetener into a bowl of a suitable size.
Add the table salt and the baking soda.
Add good-quality cocoa powder. Use only a "pure", tried-and-tested product, as the flavour of the muffins depends on it. And never reduce the amount of cocoa.
Combine all the ingredients for the chocolate base.
Pour in the vinegar. Stir the mixture, add the oil and stir again.
At the final stage, pour in the room-temperature water.
Carefully bring everything together. The batter will be moderately thick. The whole process takes no more than 5–7 minutes.
Pour the mega-chocolate batter into silicone moulds and put them in the oven (180 degrees).
Wait 20–22 minutes. Serve the chocolate bake whenever you like.The quick chocolate muffins in 30 minutes are ready. Enjoy your meal.

Check the muffins with a toothpick – it should come out dry or with moist crumbs, but with no raw batter.
