Hello, friends! My name is Artem, and I am the author of this culinary website.

I love cooking as long as I can remember. It all started in my grandmother's kitchen – simple, yet incredibly delicious dishes that are impossible to forget. More than 30 years have passed since then, and cooking remains my main passion.

I travel a lot, study the cuisines of different countries, try local dishes, and learn traditional recipes. I am inspired by national culinary traditions, flavour combinations, and unexpected ingredients. Because of this, the site features both classic recipes and the author's own variations.

My recipes and culinary articles have been published on various platforms, including Gorodovoy.ru, eat-me.ru, tvtomsk.ru, bb.lv and other platforms. It is important to me that every recipe is clear, accessible, and genuinely delicious, so I test the dishes carefully before sharing them. But most importantly – every recipe on this site has been checked and definitely works. Everything you see here, I cook myself, test the proportions, and perfect it so that yours turns out just as delicious.

All the recipes are time-tested and have truly been verified by me personally.

I also run a faceless channel on YouTube, which already has more than 10 thousand subscribers. There I share video tutorials and culinary secrets so you can watch your favourite dishes being made in video format!
